Joe Mroszczyk

Joe Mroszczyk is a Senior Analyst at Anderson Robbins Research, where he works on quantitative and qualitative research and analysis for Anderson Robbins clients.

Prior to joining Anderson Robbins, Joe was a Qualitative Research Analyst at Glevum Associates, where he worked on the U.S. Army Human Terrain System (HTS) program. In this role, Joe deployed to Baghdad, Iraq where he directly supported U.S. Forces – Iraq (USF-I) and HTS staff with social science research and analysis, including focus groups, in-depth interviews, and surveys. He designed, implemented, and analyzed hundreds of focus groups and in-depth interviews with Iraqis to better inform the U.S. military about various socio-cultural dynamics in a very complex Iraqi society. Joe also worked in support of similar research in Afghanistan.

Before heading to Iraq, Joe was an Honors Fellow and Policy Analyst at the Department of Homeland Security in Washington, DC. He worked in the Human Factors/Behavioral Sciences Division of the Science and Technology Directorate, and also in the Office of Counterterrorism and Law Enforcement Policy in the Office of Policy. In addition, Joe was an analyst and researcher for Methodvue, a private cyber-security and threat intelligence company.

Joe has also worked as an analyst at BAE Systems on a project for the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and held internships at the House of Commons in London, the Lieutenant Governor’s office at the Massachusetts State House, the Massachusetts Republican Party, and the Romney for Governor campaign.

Joe received his BA in Political Science and History from Boston University, where he also received an MA in International Relations and Religion. He is currently pursuing a PhD in political science at Northeastern University. He lives on Massachusetts’ North Shore and enjoys hiking, skiing, reading, and the outdoors.
