Specialties

Anderson Robbins Research offers virtually every opinion research methodology in use today and is adept at customizing methodologies to the specific needs of our clients.  The majority of our projects utilize both quantitative and qualitative elements which enable us to understand not just the percentages of a population that share an opinion or position, but the optimal language and strategy for communicating with a target audience.

Our methods have been perfected through extensive field experience and academic training and are regularly deployed on a global scale.

Quantitative

Our most commonly utilized quantitative methodologies include telephone and Internet surveys.  We also employ in-person intercepts, mail surveys, and panel studies.  Mixed methodology surveys are also utilized to maximize response rates with certain populations.

Qualitative

Our qualitative methods include both traditional and online focus groups, tele-conference focus groups, triads, friendship pairs, in-depth one-on-one interviews, on-street intercepts and online bulletin boards.

Hybrid

At Anderson Robbins, we customize methodologies in order to accurately address our clients’ precise informational needs. Often that requires utilizing hybrid methodologies—those with combined qualitative elements. This might include an online survey followed by one-on-one live chat sessions, or an initial telephone survey followed by an in-person product test and subsequent online evaluation. We are always on the lookout for new, innovative approaches to maximize our data collection and research techniques to provide our clients with the highest quality insights.
