Lauren Manganello is a Director at Anderson Robbins Research, reporting directly to the firm’s principals. Lauren manages both qualitative and quantitative research for corporations and not-for-profits.
Lauren specializes in concept testing, message development, advertising evaluation, employee research, reputation management, communication research and multi-national research. Lauren works principally with the health care, not-for-profit, financial services, and consumer sectors.
Prior to joining Anderson Robbins Research, Lauren was a Director at KRC Research, a unit of the Interpublic Group. While at KRC, Lauren helped manage and execute global qualitative and quantitative research projects for a wide variety of clients. She was primarily responsible for directing large-scale research assignments, analyzing data, managing client relationships, and compiling and presenting findings. Lauren was involved in numerous projects, including global B2B research with Boston Scientific, not-for-profit research for the Michael and Susan Dell Foundation, and international consumer research with Hasbro.
Lauren also gained experience working at Portland Research, where she honed her skills in research methodology, philosophy and process. While there, Lauren helped measure the gap between customers’ expectations and current performance and assessed new channels for growth for the Friends of the Kotzschmar Organ (FOKO), a non-profit organization.
Lauren graduated cum laude from Bentley College with a B.S. in Marketing.
